The Henderson Community College Literary Magazine is published annually by Henderson Community College.

The magazine accepts haiku, poetry, and short stories and non-fiction essays no longer than 3000 words.  Faculty and students work together to select poetry, fiction and non-fiction from works submitted by local writers. 

The magazine staff traditionally hosts a reception to honor contributors and to award prizes. 

                                  Prizes:  $75 first prize

                                              $50 second prize

                                              $25 third prize

Awarded for poetry, haiku, short fiction and non-fiction.

If you are a current or former student of Henderson Community College, a resident of Henderson, Webster, or Union County, or an employee of the College you are eligible to enter.
