Response to the Performance Standards of 1999-2000
Each library “performance standard” is linked to a performance indicator found in the Henderson Community College Strategic Plan. Library staff members developed a list of “Improvement Strategies” to meet each performance standard, and the outcomes of these strategies are documented in this section of the report. The outcomes have been determined through surveys administered to all publics served by the library, i.e., students, faculty, staff, and community patrons. (To review these surveys, refer to Appendix A.) The intent is to establish and improve library services that are directly connected to the long-term plans of the college.
