Policies and Procedures
Drop/Add Classes
To officially withdraw from any credit class at any time during the semester, students must complete a drop/add form and submit it to the Admissions & Records Office. This form must be obtained from the student's advisor and should be signed by the advisor and the class instructor. Under no circumstances will a student be permitted to drop a course after mid-term without the class instructor's signature.
Inclement Weather
Classes may be cancelled due to inclement weather. Students, faculty, and staff should listen to WMSK in Morganfield, WSON & WKDQ in Henderson, WEHT TV25 & WFIE14 in Evansville.
If a local school district cancels school, off-campus classes that are taught at schools in that district will be cancelled.
Cancelled classes due to inclement weather are required to be made-up. Announcements of make-up days will be made in classes.
