We encourage you to use any available on-campus computer or kiosk to register on-line. However, any computer with Internet access can be used by following the instructions below.

• Go to HendersonCommunity College’s Home Page (www.hencc.kctcs.edu)
• Under Recommended Links, select People Soft Access Instructions
• Follow the instructions on this page if you are new student or have never activated your email or your People Soft account.
• Click on Log In Here
• Enter your User ID and password

To enroll in or add a class and print your class schedule, select:

1. SA Self Service -- Learner Services -- Academics
2. Enroll in a Class
3. Term: Summer 2006 or Fall 2006
4. Add Classes
5. Enter Class Number/ID # (5 digit number on your schedule card or in the printed schedule) and Tab to verify class choice.
6. IF you are enrolling in a lab, for most labs you will not enter the 5 digit number – you will click on the magnifying glass beside the Related Component 1 box (choose the class number you want) and click OK
7. “Add Another Class” at bottom of page (if another class needs to be added)
8. Submit (after all class numbers have been entered)
9. View My Schedule
10. Printer Friendly Page
11. File / Print Setup / Landscape / OK

To drop a class, select

1. SA Self Service -- Learner Services -- Academics
2. Enroll in a class
3. Term: Summer 2006 or Fall 2006
4. Drop Classes
5. Follow the instructions noted on this page
6. If the Update Status column indicates “Success,” the course has been dropped
7. View My Schedule to verify that the course has been dropped

Fall – Tuesday, August 15th at 11:59 p.m.

No late registration is permitted.
